The Fishery

There's a lot that goes into farming oysters, looking after lobsters and selling shellfish, some of it more interesting than other parts, but it's mostly all fun. If you are interested on the goings on at the Fishery here's some stories that you might enjoy.

It wasn't just the Oyster Room we lost in the fire but our water treatment plant which meant that our indoor lobster tanks and crab tanks had no water supply anymore.
